DTIN Instrument Hangers are purpose built devices that enable down hole instruments to be positively landed wherever a no-go nipple resides in a well tubing string.

The DTIN Instrument Hanger is available either as a simple set down hanger sub or as a fully locking hanger device. Both types have an internal fishing neck profile and are designed to be run and pulled with a standard DTIGS tool.

DTIN Instrument Hangers can also be run with a DTI Soft-Set running tool, which requires no jarring and can be advantageous where delicate instruments are being carried.

The lower thread connection is usually 3/4” Amerada gauge thread or 15/16” tool thread, often found on shock absorber tools. Other threads are available on request. DTIN Instrument Hanger Subs are ported to maximise the flow by-pass area.
