Rupture Plug Circulation Valve
The DTI CV Rupture Plug allows the circulation of fluid through the CT tool under normal operating conditions. By increasing CT pressure to a predetermined value, the rupture plug will blow out, thereby opening a flow path from the tool string to the well. This valve is useful when a CT circulation flow path needs to be opened to the well below a tool requiring a drop ball whilst leaving the tool string I.D. clear for other operations.
